Deleting an account is permanent. Once your request has been completed, your account cannot be restored.
How to make a deletion request
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open the Vidvanza app and go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the information and confirm your request.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email [email protected] with the subject line Delete My Account. Please include the email address registered to your Vidvanza account so we can locate it safely.
What we delete
Once we process your request, we delete the account information associated with your Vidvanza profile, including:
- Profile details, such as your name, email address, and phone number
- Learning progress and course history
- Saved preferences
- AI interaction history
- Content you have uploaded
What may be retained
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or compliance reasons. This may include transaction and billing records. Any retained information is stored securely and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.
Account deletion does not remove records that we are legally required to keep, but we keep only what is necessary for that purpose.
